Membership Development
The Membership Development
division works to create added value for all members, produce membership sales
campaign, provide on-going retention programs for the chamber and develops
special member benefits for all Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce members.
The prestigious Diamond Club dinners recognize the achievements of members who
have sold $1,000 in new member sales.

Goal: Improve the overall membership base of the Chamber.
Objectives:

Establish aggressive membership
campaigns targeted to recruit various businesses in the Southland Region.

Maintain the Ambassadors Club
retention program to encourage involvement of all members of the Chamber.

Host a retention walk-a-thon to
personally contact members of the Chamber.

Maintain and promote the Diamond
Club to recognize volunteer membership sales leaders.

Establish a Diamond Club Sales
Team to recruit large businesses in the Southland Region.

Establish a Benefits Task force
to review the benefit/discount programs for Chamber members.

Host quarterly Special Member
Briefings for new and potential members to present an overview of the Chamber.
