In a recent survey undertaken by the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce, 75% of Southland businesses indicated that they either increased deductibles or employee contributions to counter an increase in health care insurance rates.

In a recent survey undertaken by the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce, southland businesses indicated that 80% had seen more or the same amount of business during the 3rd quarter of this year as compared to the same period last year. An additional 19% indicated that they had less business during the same period.

Holiday Sports Luncheon A success

Chicago's love of sports and its professional teams were put to good use at the 2003 Holiday Sports Luncheon at the Odyssey Country Club in Tinley Park on Tuesday, December 16th. In the background of the annual event was an auction put together to give deserving students a chance to attain higher education.

Jim Bush Takes Office as Southland Chamber Chairman
