P.O.E.T. is part of a consortium of business, education, community, and government leaders that comprise the Workforce Development Board. The Board insures that training and related service programs will meet the needs of both the business community and the job seekers. The purpose of the Workforce Investment Board is to place qualified employment candidates with appropriate employers.
