Our objectives are to:
- Establish aggressive membership campaigns targeted to recruit various businesses in the Southland region
- Maintain the Ambassadors Club retention program to encourage involvement of all members of the Chamber
- Host Special Member briefings for new and potential members to present an overview of the Chamber
The Membership Division has been a great place for companies to develop their people through volunteerism as a source for skills development. Membership opportunities with the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce allow for local corporations and organizations to be more strategic with their employees’ volunteerism.
Our committee members not only assist the Chamber in building membership, but also develop skill sets, such as prospecting and sales processes, that may stretch them beyond their current job duties. This experience helps the employee volunteer, as well as the company with continuous development of its people.
